Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor with franchise experience to assist with the day to day operations of our busy Service Department. The role involves meeting the customer when bringing their vehicle in for a service ensuring the customer is given accurate information, ensuring the customer is kept informed of the progress of their vehicle during the service/repair and dealing with the customer when collecting their vehicle from the dealership informing the customer of the work carried out and any additional detail where necessary.


Key attributes for this role include ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service skills and a sound business understanding.  


This is a demanding and challenging role, we are looking for a well organised person able to work on his/her initiative.


Reservations Advisor

This role will involve the taking of reservations through our busy service department. Other responsibilities will be to maintain certain administrative functions and some customer facing contact. This will suit a person who is computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.


All candidates for the above positions will need to demonstrate abilities which must include integrity, enthusiasm, a genuine commitment to customer care and the ability to work as part of a team.
