Firstly let us remind you that it is your choice where your car is repaired, not your insurance company.
Whether it's a minor scratch or major damage resulting from a serious accident, our BMW Approved Bodyshop is fully equipped to restore your BMW to its former glory.
We only use Genuine BMW Parts that are fitted by fully trained BMW Technicians, fitted to BMW manufacturing safety standards and finished in the BMW ColorSystem paint system to keep your warranty intact and guaranteed.
As a BMW Approved Bodyshop, we are fully equipped to BMW standards with specialist alignment jigs, MIG welding equipment and paint ovens designed to operate within strict tolerances. Our technicians have undergone specialist training in BMW cars, including the latest high tech materials used in the production of BMW vehicles, such as boron steel, thermoplastics and carbon fibre.
We also have the technical knowledge and workshop diagnostic equipment to make sure that any replacement components, safety equipment, e.g. airbags, and/or electrical equipment damaged in the accident are replaced and tested to ensure trouble free and more importantly safe motoring.
At Wollaston we wish you safe driving through out your motoring life, but in the unfortunate event of an accident or a minor dent or scratch, call one of our Bodyshop team; Mark, Nicola or Kirsty. They will arrange to make a full technical evaluation of any damage for you for, including any damage that you may not be able to see from the outside of the car.
Our team of bodyshop assistants are able to manage insurance claims to reduce unwanted stress or wasted time for our customers. By providing us with your insurance details and nominating us as your prefered repairer, we can manage the claim from start to finish.
If you do need to make a claim on your insurance, you have the legal right to choose where your accident repairs are carried out; even if your insurance company offers or recommends an alternative repairer. By using a non Approved BMW/MINI bodyshop you will invalidate your manufacturers warranty on what is repaired/blended.
From January 2004 anti corrosion warranty is valid for 12 years from new. It is not mandatory for you to use them, and you only need one estimate as long as it is conducted by a fully qualified estimator.
This means that you have the right to have your car repaired by the people who know how to do it best – a BMW Approved Bodyshop.
